Dr. Mohit Agarwal,Faculty member and Director of the Neuroradiology fellowship (USA)

Please briefly describe who you are and your role?

I am a full-time faculty member at the Division of Neuroradiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and Director of the Neuroradiology fellowship at the institution.

What problems were you attempting to solve when you started using STATdx?

My work involves teaching Neuroradiology trainees every day. When discussing a particular disease entity on a case at the workstation, I wanted to use a resource that could provide me with comprehensive information on that case with diagrams and could list important differential diagnoses with teaching images.

From your point of view, what are the biggest benefits you found in using STATdx in your day-to-day routine?

I find STATdx to be a great resource for teaching at the workstation. Pulling up teaching images with all possible features and examples of a disease entity and demonstrating the differences between similar diagnoses with a few clicks while discussing a teaching case with trainees has been the biggest advantage for me.

What’s the primary reason you would recommend STATdx?

Getting a quick review of a disease process and using the vast number of case examples for teaching is the primary reason to recommend STATdx to teaching institutions.

Is it important in your daily clinical activity to have diagnostic support tools?

Working in a tertiary care specialized center with high case complexity, access to diagnostic support tools is important to us.

I find STATdx to be a great resource for teaching at the workstation.
